Cost Per Message: The cost of sending a message through Shadow Messenger varies depending on the mobile number region of the receiver. Pricing is dynamically calculated and displayed on our pricing page at the time of message composition.
Currency: All prices are listed and charged in US dollar (USD).
Payment Methods Accepted: We accept various forms of payment including credit cards, debit cards, and select digital wallets.
Data Storage: No message content is stored by Shadow Messenger. The only data retained is the payment record to comply with financial regulations and for customer support purposes.
Delivery Attempts: If we encounter issues delivering your message, we will automatically retry sending it through a different network provider.
Refund Policy: Refunds are initiated only if the message cannot be delivered to the provided mobile number after multiple attempts across different networks. There are no refunds once a message is successfully sent.
No Cancellation: Due to the nature of our service, cancellations are not possible once a message sending process has been initiated.
