c. Message Content: We do not store the content of the messages you send. Messages are temporarily processed by our AI filter to ensure they do not contain harmful or harassing content, but they are not retained after being sent.

We use the information we collect to:
a. Process transactions and send you related information, including confirmations and invoices.
b. Ensure the content sent through our service complies with our terms of service using our AI filters.

Pricing for sending messages is based on the recipient’s mobile number region and is detailed on our pricing page. Refunds are issued only if a message fails to be delivered despite our attempts to resend it via different networks. Refunds will be transfered into the users bank account within 5-7 business days. There are no cancellations once a message is sent. - Children’s Privacy
Shadow Messenger is not designed for or intentionally targeted at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. - Changes to This Privacy Policy
